Tara is a clinical psychologist who specialises in the assessment and treatment of a range of psychological presentations including depression, anxiety and trauma.
Tara has been a practicing psychologist since 2005 and has experience working with children/adolescents and families as well as adults.
Tara is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Jenny has been practicing physiotherapy since 1988 when she completed her undergraduate degree in Sydney. Apart from her grad year at Royal North Shore Hospital, she has primarily worked in private practice and sport related settings.
Jenny has a Masters degree in Sports Physiotherapy, completed in 1998. She had a successful practice in the MLC centre Sydney for 7 years, which she sold to spend more time working with Tennis Australia. As well as tournament work, she has worked with the Fed Cup team and at the Australian Open.
In addition she has worked in a solo private practice in a ski resort in Andorra. She was also fortunate enough to work with many performers from Cameron Macintosh shows and musicians from the Australian Opera and ballet orchestra.
In the last two years she has spent Thursdays and Fridays flying to Bourke with the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) to provide physiotherapy services via the Rural Aerial Health Service (RAHS). She enjoys the wide variety of practice and the opportunity to make a difference to quality of life in a geographically isolated environment.

Nour graduated from the University of Sydney in 1995. Following her graduation, Nour worked in the hospital system and a variety of private practices including a specialist Foot and Ankle Clinic, where she gained valuable experience.
Nour has travelled internationally for the Australian Veterans Hockey Pacific Tour and the Rugby Sevens Tournament; worked nationally with AFL and locally with various other sports including Basketball, Gymnastics and Soccer. She has a wealth of experience in managing musculoskeletal and sports conditions and has a particular interest in the management of spinal pain, pelvic and rib dysfunction and nerve entrapments.
Nour is passionate about devising the biomechanical cause of the patient’s problem and educating the individual on effective ways to manage and prevent recurrence of the injury, with an individualised exercise program. She employs a broad range of techniques including Muscle Energy Techniques, soft tissue release, neural mobilisation techniques, dry needling and trigger point therapy using acupuncture needles. Nour is also a qualified Clinical Pilates practitioner thus has strong knowledge with prescribing core stability programs. Nour is a member of Sports Physiotherapy Australia and the Dance Physiotherapy Special Interest Group.
